Turnstile Jakarta - Type WD1610

1. The rotor assembly consists of diameter 100mm carbon steel tubing as the rotor post. 2. All arms are diameter 32mm steel tubing. Each arm end is closed. 3. The shield assembly is constructed from vertical and horizontal tubing with diameter 38mm. All components are welded to form a one-piece construction. 4. The barrier assembly is designed to prevent passage in the reverse direction. It is fabricated using a 50mmx50mmx3mm vertical post with the horizontal diameter 32mm arms welded perpendicularly to the post. 5. A self-lubricating bottom bearing is provided for ease of rotation. 6. The ceiling plate, fabricated with 5mm width steel plate attaches to the mechanism housing and spans the shield assembly, providing stability and support for the turnstile. 7. The one-way clutch assembly is fabricated, and provides one-way traffic flow. Finishes: All steel components are hot-dipped galvanized, and all surfaces are powder coated to grey white color. Operation: 1. The WD1610 full high turnstile will allow only one-way rotation either clockwise or counterclockwise, and the direction is set during fabrication. 2. The rotation interval is 90 degree. 3. The operation time: 2.5-3 seconds. 4. Mechanical key switch is used to lock/ unlock rotation direction. 5. Electronic control board can connect any access control device with dry contact interface. 6. Power supply: AC 220V, 50Hz 7. Operating environment: -15 --+ 60 , RH: less than 95% 8. Dimensions are 2185mm high, 1525 wide, and 1270mm deep.
